Eligibility to Purchase
The purchase of products from byjohnny.com.au is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. byjohnny.com.au is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. byjohnny.com.au reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, paypal or direct transfer. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, byjohnny.com.au will not be held responsible for any non-delivery. byjohnny.com.au takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any payment details on record.
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0404 876 355 | 0404 876 360 within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number and instructions on returning the garment. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Please note that customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange. If you receive a faulty product, please notify email@example.com immediately and the item will be exchanged for you. Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0404 876 355 | 0404 876 360 within 7 days of receiving your purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on returning the garment. Once the customer has been sent a Returns Authorisation number, the item must be sent back within the 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 7 days will receive credit only. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that refunds will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
