FRI 22nd - All Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched on the same day. Due to public holiday periods however, there will be standard delays with AusPost and pieces will reach you from 27th December onwards. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on Thursday 28th December.

By placing your order before 2:00pm AEST, you are ensuring your online order will be sent 'same day' to be received on the next working business day via. Express Australia Post's Service network. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be sent 'next day' and will be received within two working business days.

Domestic orders are shipped using Express Australia Post. Full tracking is available using this service and does not require a signature on delivery. We kindly ask you to please, consider the security of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are re-directed to a local post office for collection.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed or lost parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
We endeavour to get your online order to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee next day delivery in all cases. Express Australia Posts' service is not seamless with all deliveries as sometimes there are situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
If you happen to place your online order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next working business day. And, will be received the following working business day. However, there can be delivery delays surrounding public holidays.
Please, allow between 5-10 working business days to receive your parcel from the time you place your online order.
For all International purchases, we will use DHL's 'Express Worldwide' service to ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking number for this parcel, so you may view the delivery progress. Progress can be checked on the DHL website: www.dhl.com
Please, be aware that some international shipments can be subject to Customs or Import Duties / Taxes once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on the receiver to pay the appropriate charges to release the goods from shipment. If you would like more information regarding customs or import duties taxes, please contact your local customs office, to receive an exact quote.
If you have purchased the incorrect size and would like to exchange it for another style or size, please contact us at email@example.com, within seven days from the date of delivery and you will be sent an email containg a Return Authorisation number and detailed instructions on returning your garment.
Once the garment is received and has undergone a Quality Control check to ensure the garment has not been worn, is in original condition and all tags are attached, the new size or style will be dispatched.
Returned garments will not be accepted without; a Returns Authorisation number, 'Packing List' or proof of purchase and a noted reason of return within the parcel.
Please be aware, that in the event you wish to exchange your purchase, the responsibility falls on the customer to pay the appropriate postage charges to see the garment/s returned to By Johnny for the exchange to be processed.
Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the sending of newly requested style/s or size/s from By Johnny to the customer.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within seven days from the date of delivery and you will be sent an email containg a Return Authorisation number and detailed instructions on returning your garment.
Once a Returns Authorisation number has been issued, the garment must be sent back within seven days to be eligible for a refund, less postage. Items returned after seven days will receive credit only.
Once the garment is received and has undergone a Quality Control check to ensure the garment has not been worn, is in original condition and all tags are attached, the purchasing amount, less postage, will be refunded to the purchaser's Credit Card or Paypal account.
This process may take up to 14 days from when the garment is returned back to us, to go through all appropriate checks and channels, for refunds to be finalised.
Returned garments will not be accepted without; a Returns Authorisation number, 'Packing List' or proof of purchase and a noted reason of return, within the parcel.
Please be aware, that in the event you wish to return your purchase, the responsibility falls on the customer to pay the appropriate postage / delivery charges and potential Customs or Import Duties / Taxes to see the garment/s returned to By Johnny for the refund to be processed.
